  I had to cancel my appointment due to a family emergency and the guy who answered the phone was awful to me about it. He told me he's NOT going to reschedule me a new appointment because "it's a busy office" and I "need to get my schedule together first before scheduling" first impression was obviously not good so will not be attending this office.
